Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing, browsing or using Sonivora (the "Service"), you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the Service.

We may update these terms as described in the Changes to Terms section below. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised terms.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the Service with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide when registering, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. An account is for your own use and may not be shared or transferred. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Description of Service

Sonivora lets you create music from a personal story, a prompt or your own lyrics. You can choose a style, listen to completed songs, download eligible audio and create gift pages. Available options depend on the music provider and your account.

Features may be offered in a limited or preview form, and the Service may change over time. We do not promise that any particular feature, format or model will remain available.

4. Credits & Billing

Credit packages are one-time purchases, not recurring subscriptions. Current prices, credit amounts and currency are shown before checkout. Payments are processed through Stripe.

Credits are deducted when you submit a music generation at the displayed cost. If generation fails, the credits charged for that task are returned to your balance. Creating a new audio version uses credits again.

Listening to completed songs does not deduct additional credits. Downloads require the displayed minimum credit balance and do not deduct credits. Contact support with your order details for billing or payment refund requests; a failed-generation credit refund is not an automatic payment refund.

• Purchased credit-pack credits do not expire.
• Generation costs and download balance requirements are displayed in the Service and may be updated.

5. User Content & Ownership

You are responsible for the prompts, lyrics and other text you submit. You keep the rights you already hold in your own inputs, and you grant us the limited rights needed to process your inputs, operate the Service and produce your outputs.

Your use of generated content is subject to these Terms, the applicable music-provider terms and any license expressly granted with the content. Purchasing credits does not by itself establish copyright ownership or exclusive rights.

6. Uploaded Audio & Rights

When you upload audio, including reference audio, you represent and warrant that you own or otherwise have all rights necessary to use it and to permit its use using tools available to you.

You must not upload audio that you are not permitted to use, and you are responsible for any claim arising from audio you provide.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:

• Infringe the copyright, trademark, personality or other rights of any third party.
• Use another person's voice, likeness or music without authorization, including through voice cloning or deepfakes.
• Create or share content that is illegal, violent, hateful, or that sexualizes minors.
• Circumvent credit or usage limits, reverse engineer the Service, or scrape data from it.
• Send spam, commit fraud, or use the Service for malicious purposes.

8. AI-Generated Output

Output is generated automatically and may resemble output created for other users, because models can respond similarly to similar inputs. We do not warrant that output is unique or that it does not infringe the rights of others.

You are responsible for reviewing output before you use or distribute it.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, models, interface, design, brand and documentation, is owned by Sonivora Inc. and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited rights expressly granted to you, all rights are reserved.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sonivora Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or use the Service in a way that may cause harm or legal exposure. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time.

On termination, your right to use the Service ends, while sections that by their nature should survive, such as intellectual property and limitation of liability, continue to apply.

13. Changes to Terms

We may revise these terms to reflect changes to the Service or to applicable law. When we make material changes, we will provide notice on this website or by email. Continued use of the Service after the changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of Delaware, USA have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms.

15. Company

The Service is operated by Sonivora Inc., which is responsible for the Service and for these terms.
