Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information Sonivora collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website and the music creation service, which is operated by Sonivora Inc.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Account information, including your email address and a hashed form of your password, plus any profile details you provide.
  • User content, such as prompts, lyrics and other text, and any audio you upload.
  • Usage and credits data, including the actions you take and the credits you spend.
  • Device and log data, such as browser type, device category, timestamps and technical information needed to operate and protect the Service.
  • Cookies and browser-storage identifiers used for sign-in, saved progress and usage measurement.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide and operate the Service, including generating and editing your music.
  • Manage your account, credits and billing.
  • Keep the Service secure and prevent fraud or abuse.
  • Improve the product and understand feature usage.
  • Respond to your support requests.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

3. Cookies & Analytics

We use essential cookies to authenticate you and maintain your session. When enabled, first-party analytics uses a random browser identifier in local storage and an anonymous visit identifier in session storage to measure page and section views, clicks, active time and key user actions. Advertising campaign and spend data are not part of this first-party measurement. We do not include form contents, stories, lyrics, account emails or passwords in these analytics events. The collector respects browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals.

If enabled by the site administrator, Google Analytics may also be used to understand site usage. It is not loaded when it is disabled or not configured.

You can opt out of analytics by adjusting your browser settings or by blocking analytics cookies. Blocking essential cookies may prevent parts of the Service from working.

4. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We share information with service providers that help us run the Service. These categories include cloud hosting, media storage, payment processing, analytics services such as GA4, and model or inference providers.

These providers process data on our behalf and under contract. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information where required by law or to protect the rights, safety and security of our users and the Service.

5. Data Retention

We keep personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When you close your account, we delete or anonymize your information on a periodic cycle.

We may retain certain records for longer where required by law, or to resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.

6. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, and under the GDPR and the CCPA where they apply, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, to restrict or object to certain processing, to withdraw consent, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us by email:

7. Security

We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, access controls and password hashing. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for people aged 13 and over, and you must be at least 13 to create an account. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will take steps to delete it.

9. International Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own, including the United States, where our service providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for these transfers.

10. Changes to Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will provide notice, such as by updating this page. Continued use of the Service after an update indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
